Yeah. And we didn't want anyone to feel like we were keeping important info from them, either. So someone'll definitely say something. Tomorrow, or Monday. We all have to work together.
[So, given that. Folding his arms over his chest.]
I'm not mad at you guys. I believe you, that you thought a long time about this and decided it was the best way to protect everyone. And I know Babo Kim risked his own life to do it this way, too. I'm glad Melt didn't hurt anybody else. That's all thanks to the two of you.
Just. . . from now on, let's make these kinds of decisions together, okay?
...He listened to me this one time. But I won't be able to stop him if he makes a decision on his own.
[ brilith isn't his master, or anything like that. she's only a priestess, and one without her magic, at that. ]
I think that's the best thing we can do - to tell everyone, so we're all on the same page and no one else will be left in the dark. We'll need everyone's help in order to find a way to end this.
But... wait a little, please? At least until Monday. If the antidote doesn't work...
[ then people will need their space, and some time to grieve. brilith will be one of them. monster or not... hunter was loved, even after such a short time. ]
I get that. I'll talk to him myself! But at least you can try and trust us, right? At least, trust how I'm going to vote in the future.
[Because he can't promise he's going to go along with any future plans to kill monsters, but...]
The code I live by is a rescuer's code. I'll save as many people as I can in the order of who needs saving the most, regardless of any personal feelings involved. So if I have to vote, that's also only going to be about the votes I can make that'll save people, not my personal feelings. I'll vote for monsters. I'll never, ever vote for somebody just because I'm angry with a choice they made. I'll argue with them, maybe even fight them. But I'm not going to execute somebody based on my feelings.
[As for Hunter...]
I'm gonna let the guys who know most about what's going on make that decision. But they'll probably hold off. Do we. . .do we think what 45 is planning is gonna work?
I do trust you. I don't know if that situation will come up again, but if it does... I'll try to let you know.
[ galo is so straightforward and honest that it's hard not to trust him, after all. it's just... difficult, with the position they're in, and honestly? she kind of wishes she were more gracious, like galo, to not let a grudge guide her vote. ]
I... I don't know. There's no real indication, one way or another. All we can do is try it and hope that it saves him.
